Edit Campaign - Themes

Select a theme from the drop-down box. Alternatively, click the "Choose Theme" button and click one of the screenshots from the pop-up window instead.

Advanced users may prefer to design their own theme instead of using one of ours. In this case, simply upload your theme to your site and enter the URL of the style sheet you made. There is also a link to an example style sheet in the introduction text on this page if you want to see how it is done.

NB: If you have a design and are willing to share it with other Send2Friend users, send it to us and we'll add it to the site. All you need to do is is create a JPG, GIF or PNG image and we'll do the rest.

It is possible to disable the Send2Friend themes and use a simple pop-up window instead. This is not recommended as many pop-up blockers will prevent referrals from being sent from your site. The main benefits of using this option are that it is very compatible with old Web browsers and it loads very quickly.

There are a range of effects available that change the way your referral window appears and disappears. There are classic effects such as fading and wiping as well as some radical options - try them out and see which ones you prefer! Note that transitions are not available if you choose to use pop-ups instead of themed windows.

We have a dozen sample buttons that you can use on your site. You can also choose to use a text link instead. Remember, however, that whatever you select here

The link text has two functions. If you select a button image to use as the link, the text appears as a tool tip when the mouse rolls over the image. Alternatively, if you select "No image" as the link type, this text is used as the link instead.

Save any changes before navigating away from the page.

Click the Preview button to see the theme and transitions in action before grabbing the final HTML code.

Click this button to cancel your unsaved changes and return to the Send2Friend campaign list.

There are 5 separate pages of Campaign Options available in Campaign Edit mode.

1. Campaign Settings: The name, domain and dates for your campaign;
2. Referral Email Settings: Configures the emails that are sent from your campaign;
3. Theme & Effects: Manages the interface & design of your campaign;
4. Text & Information: Edit the text in your campaign (eg: Privacy Policy)
5. Data Capture Options: Control which fields are displayed in the referral window (eg: first and last names)
