What is PayMate?
Send2Friend uses the PayMate Credit Card gateway service. PayMate are a Verisign certified secure site.

What are PayMate's fees?
Paymate charge an additional AUD$0.50 + 3% on top of your Send2Friend subscription. (eg: 1.03 x USD$9 + AUD$0.50 = USD$9.65)

Can I automate my payments?
Yes! Just nominate the number of months in the recurring payment option (see step 3 and 4 below).

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing clientservices@paymate.com

How does it work?
The four steps of the payment process are shown here:



Step 1. - Validation

Select your country and enter the security code with CAPITAL letters.




Step 2. - Contact details.

Your contact details are required by PayMate to verify your payment.

Your privacy is secure (read the PayMate Privacy Policy)




Step 3. - Payment options

Click "set up" in the Recurring Payment area (highlighted) to configure your recurring payment options.




Step 4. - Recurring payment

Select "Monthly" from the drop down list (highlighted) and enter the number of months for payment to occur.
